The Sacramento chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association held a Chefs Showcase on Oct. 17 featuring Billy Ngo, owner and executive chef of Kru, and F.J. Villalobos, executive chef of 58 Degrees & Holding Co. Guests enjoyed cooking demonstrations from two of Sacramento’s star chefs, as well as appetizers and wine.
