Congrats to Elyse Pham for being selected as this year’s AAJA Sacramento/The Sacramento Bee intern!
The AAJA Sacramento member’s internship is a partnership between the chapter and the paper that is in its 11th year.
Elyse attends Harvard University with a joint concentration in social studies and studies of women, gender and sexuality with a focus on the intersections between race and gender in popular representation. The college sophomore also writes for The Crimson’s Fifteen Minutes magazine and edits the fiction section of The Harvard Advocate.
The internship at Capital Public Radio is being postponed until the summer of 2021.
