The Sacramento Chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA Sacramento) invites you to our Chefs Showcase featuring two Sacramento chefs: Billy Ngo, chef and owner of Kru Contemporary Japanese Cuisine and Fish Face, and Kevin O’Connor, chef of Saddle Rock. This year’s event is a celebration marking AAJA Sacramento’s 30th anniversary.
The event will be held Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Elliott Fouts Gallery, 1831 P St., Sacramento.
The chefs will be doing cooking demonstrations where guests will be able to sample their creations. In addition to the featured chefs, people will be able to enjoy appetizers from local restaurants and sip on wine. Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit student internships and other chapter programs.
Tickets are $50 per person/$25 for students and AAJA members.
